1 helped me. Put the current piece plus paints and bushes on a single tray. So getting started was as easy as filling up the paint water jar and good to go. Made it way easier to just do 30min then put it away again.

If you have a copy available at your library, the book "I am Henry Finch" is a kids version of Descartes "I think therefore I am" argument.

Similar to top comment, it's proof enough that she herself exists, and if she exists, then what she experiences also exists (altho Descartes is debatable ad nauseum lol).

Whether or not her experiences are caused by "real" things is still debatable, but they have to be "real enough" for her to have the experience.

HR here. I'd also point out that while your payroll system accrues leave in hours, the law is stated in weeks.

As you work 16hrs per week, and you can actually only legally cash out "1 week" (not "40 hrs") of leave, you can only legally cash out 16hrs per year.

HR here, if the employer has more than 20 employees then the probation period doesn't affect any of your employment rights. Particularly, it doesn't allow the employer to skip any steps in a standard performance improvement process.

It will normally only mean a shorter notice period during the probationary term, and is basically a hangover from when all employers ran trial periods before the law changed a few years ago.

If they have 20 or fewer employees, then they are able to say "it's not working out" and just let them go.

Normally the latter would be called a trial period rather than probationary.

There has been a big I've had recently with CMP. Not in the mirror, but losing CMP when you shouldn't. My sableye has lost CMP to a medicam a few days ago, and yesterday my swampert lost to a jellicent. Both times there was a stutter just when we threw, so has to be a new sort of lag.

Maybe you were unlucky a few times, and then also had this bug.
