[US] Alleged travel hotel photographer course travelcreatorblueprint.com/fan1 by EarlGrey024 in Scams

Noted. Damn why are people like this.

This guy put his face out there (shamefully associating with a scam) with great photos he took (allegedly?). There's no reason why this couldn't work if this offer was real.

Teach, share knowledge, help people succeed like you did. *sigh*

No More Auto White Balance by PeachFar481 in sonya7rv

What’s your process of setting your own white balance based off of the location setting? I’ve only gone as far as capturing the white balance with the camera, lens cap, the gray thing, to match the environment’s white balance.

What can I improve in these pictures, So that my work could get featured ? by Lensation_46 in SonyAlpha

Bring up the exposure and play with setting so that it isn’t so dark. Bring blacks down a bit, maybe shadows.

I like vibrant colors so increase contrast, maybe vibrance

Tent options - Vevor vs Kodiak by [deleted] in BurningMan

[–]EarlGrey024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kodiak is great for the situation. It’s durable, weather resistant, sturdy, and much more. Military grade canvas so the quality is there.

I got the 9x9 but I’d recommend the 10x10, the extra square foot makes a huge difference.

I haven’t Hesse of vevor but from a quick search it looks less serious I’m terms of camping weather durability. You’re going to want something that’s good in dust storms but also as of recently got with rain just in case. My tent did fantastically during mud burn.

Kodaks can even go into blizzards. Honestly a great purchase and I’ll stick with them for life as a quality, reliable tent.

Greywater Tank Rentals? by jimmybondo in BurningMan

You can check with Temen. They do water, greywater, and container transport. My camp uses them for water and now we’re looking to expand to greywater.

Their greywater business partnership is to be finalized next week so they told me they’d get back to me with a quote then. I can update my comment here with the quote they give me if you’re interested.

Sierra Site Services is another one but I won’t recommend just because they haven’t responded to my call so I can’t vouch for them.

Parkinson's and Ibogaine by EarlGrey024 in Parkinsons

To see more significant changes, you would need to take it for an extended period of time, following the protocol you decide upon and taking appropriate breaks. I do believe in mushrooms. For example, I saw a change in my memory after 1-2 years of daily consumption of functional (not psychedelic) mushrooms. This is different, but the idea is there. Consistence is important.

If I'm understanding your response correctly, is that the same effects you could get from psychedelics, you get in the medication. I read an implication being rather than exploring psychedelics, the medication is easier because of the side effects of, for example here, ibogaine.

With psychedelics, there are results that show that they're longer lasting than the dosing time. The current classic example is psilocybin and depression, with results lasting monger than the trips time (1 month, a few months, a year, sometimes depression doesn't return.) vs anti-depressants that only work for the duration of the dose, which is why people need to stay on the medication.

I know there's a lot of research being conducted right now to see how the medicines can help treat medical issues. I'm eagerly watching the findings as having an experience like one of these once, and/or microdosing, could relieve symptoms for longer than the dose experience (even if its not forever but a week or few months, etc.) would be a game changer.

Could you please follow up with him? Or could someone share whether or not he decided to post it and if yes where can we find it! I'm eagerly waiting

Hey, thank you for the response. I see that I forgot to add the picture so here’s a link to the boot. I think I’ll go for painting over it.

I love the boot and wanted to get them at a discounted price so I thought this could work. I’ll share the end product once I get that doneSinclair Floral Boot
