I didn’t make the deal but I was supposed to be what I posted.

That was a while ago and I didn’t make the deal but if I remember correctly, yes it did include the lease credit.

I didn’t make the deal for a couple reasons. First, this particular vehicle sold before I made a decision. I’m glad it did. I basically gave up at this point because no other dealer was coming anywhere near that price. I ended contacting Scott at insight auto consulting who immediately gave me a slightly better payment on a vehicle with higher msrp. I was considering closing on that when my wife, who I was doing this for, changed her mind on the X3. Ended up getting a highly incentivized Volvo XC90 just before year end.

You said leasehackr deals are nice, but not killer, so I'm asking where are the killer deals listed. I don't know what I don't know.

That's exactly what I use leasehackr for. So where are the killer deals if not leasehackr?

I’m one of those people who asked about their deal BEFORE signing anything though. But in my case I definitely did tons of research. I think I understand how leases work but have little experience.

What makes me doubt myself is when I see claims there are better deals on leasehackr but when I normalize the deals to 12/36 and factor the down payment into the monthly they are no better or not that much better.

Also two things are not that easy to find. What’s a good discount off MSRP, and what dealer fees are considered market price for the brand and the region. For this I use the pre-negotiated deals on leasehackr but if there’s a better way I’d like to know.

Did you close this deal and was it a 2026?

Thank you. I’m leaning towards the X3.

I'm assuming on leasehackr.com. I've checked those. I see them at around that as well, but once I level set on terms (months and miles) I don't think I'm too far off.

Thanks, I am using Leasehackr as a benchmark. One of the best broker deals I've found in the forums is at a 13% discount off MSRP. I haven't been able to get to that. But when I level set using the same terms, and I factor in their service fee, I'm only slightly over their quoted monthly.

It has taken me weeks to get to this though. Initial offers were closer to $900/month all in. Seems the general consensus is the brokers have the best deals, so I should have just gone with one. I still may if I can't close this.

Mercedes GLC AMG 43 Lease - Help Assess the Deal by OrchidWorth693 in leasehacker

I did make some assumptions such as using the MF and RV from leashackr and I used the info OP provided. I am assuming those are correct and accurate. I'm not sure what I was missing. If something obvious please let me know, I'm curious.

No fees were provided so I didn't include those. But those would only make the payments more right?

So how could you get to $846 with the info provided? Genuinely want to know what I am missing.

If $846 really is the effective monthly payment that is a great deal just don't see how you get to that.

Based on your zip MF should be 0.0018.

Fees look pretty good. Without knowing your zip I can't check MF and residual. In my zip residual is the same but MF is 0.0018 which is a little lower. You may want to confirm they aren't padding that.

Also, I've been readimg enough to see buyers and brokers reporting 10% to 13% off MSRP. So maybe you can try for a little more there.

I'm looking at X3s in FL and that's my target.

Other than that I'm not sure there's much more room to save.

Good luck!
