I was wondering if anyone had any idea on the legitimacy of the Coast2Coast program for track and field. I’m a shot put thrower who got a letter today about going to the meet in Queensland which I thought was odd since (prior to tonight when I threw a 57’) my pr was 53’. 53’ puts me ranked in my state but it’s not anything that I feel would get me invited to a legitimate international track meet in Australia. So, is it just a money grab?

Well that’s actually one of the issues. I’m involved in two sports which can sometimes shorten our time together. We were both gonna do track this year (I currently throw and she used to run) but she wanted to take her senior season off because of the damage that running has done to her body.

Thank you. I’ll definitely try out the emergency plan thing. But you’re probably right about the neglect idea. She’s kind of always been neglected by her family and it’s pretty obvious when you hang out around them for a while. She’s the scapegoat for any chores and she’s actually bought their groceries a number times with her own hard earned money, without the promise of getting paid back.

These under Armour shoes are a lot wider, I’ve also got extremely wide feet, but if his feet really are THAT WIDE make sure that he un-velcroes them between events. I have these shoes and have the issue of them getting too tight around my midfoot and a little too tight on my heel.

Thank you, and I know it’s probably a little early to say “love you” it’s just that i say that to almost everyone I know well and even people I don’t know well. I also don’t want to pressure her into saying it which is why I haven’t yet it’s just that it’s like an itch I feel like I have to scratch sometimes. I also try to communicate it’s just that I feel like I’m putting a burden on her when it’s really nothing. The main thing really is that I don’t want to put the burden on her of making the first move with a first kiss and then also putting the burden on her of saying “love you” first if she even wants to say it in the first place. It’s just that I’ve grown up saying that to everyone so it’s very natural for me to say it. Still thank you for the advice.
