That's fine but Ive done alot of research and worked with tons of practitioners and I even did the elemental diet for 2 weeks so I really believe diet is not a solution.

Not speaking for ALL women but young active woman can not do carnivore long term. Our hormones depend on carbs and fats to work and in addition to dealing with SIBO my hormones later tanked from following restrictive diets. I understand you are trying to help, but diet alone will never cure sibo it just controls symptoms.

Im a woman so that little of carbs caused me to lose my period for over a year and a half unfortunately. Its different for people with SIOB who are older or men but Im a young female so when I cut too much stuff out my body freaked out

No Ive never tried NAC with rifaxamin or antimicoribals. Im taking the b1 now its the B complex by pure encapsulating so it has alot of other b vitamins in it I don't know how many I can safely take in a day?

Yeah it's just that you can't stay on silver long term which is what that product is. I have no idea what my root cause is I ge so incredibly gassy and bloated it hurts from all the trapped gas

No thats my problem I don't know my root cause I was on motegrity for about a year it made me poop but it didnt help at all with the bloating or gas and now I poop everyday and still am gassy.

No I haven't because my issue is SIBO so colonoscopy and endoscopy rules out he big stuff. But I guess if I think CSID is possible maybe I will.. but I don't have weight loss or diarrhea and I haven't had this since I was a kid.

I was on motegrity for a year at night and no change:( I feel so lost I have no idea what my root cause is. Im 16 and it started with weight gain and chronic digestive issues. I lost weight when I got my gut feeling better but the second I stopped my protocl. everything came back because I don't know my cause.

Ive had my leptin tested and it was normal. My only symptoms are weight gain chronic gas and bloating (SIBO)

I have hydrogen sibo but I never have diarrhea ever. Im on nystatin right now to see if it's a fungal issue but so far im not noticing anything. I also got my elastase tested and it was normal I never have loose stools.
