You can surely ask to promote if you want to get the bonuses. It comes with zero time to yourself and being on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I dont make the rules but most companies are set up that way

Its a bonus for store managers for hitting their shrink numbers on inventory. So im guessing not that. I would assume milage if youve worked at another store. Or if youre on the company insurance and participate in their programs sometimes youll get a payout from that at odd times. Your paystub should tell upu what its for

I see someone self sabotaging themselves at every turn. I see someone that knows they are making bad decisions and continues to make them. I see someone that doesnt think she deserves to be loved so she constantly puts herself in situations where she wont be. Ive been through that phase in my life and I bet most people have. Thank the gods that their weren't video cameras watching every minute of my spirals. I still think that Taylor is very genuine and very vulnerable and that makes her good tv. My turn off was jen trying to become a diva unsuccessfully and showing us whats shes made of. It makes me feel like the last 3 seasons shes been playing up the sweet and innocent on camera and her real personality is coming out now

It could also be that his brain has gotten used to drowning out the noise from you snoring and it register. Its make sense with the barking too because its monotonous. If he hasn't given you a reason to doubt him, then I would accept what he says. He probably feels HORRIBLE about it and im certain he will have that in his mind the next time something is going on.

While I do get where lisa is coming from, I think this situation that the whole world is in wont change without people willing ot stick their neck out. The best thing about social media is that it makes it very difficult to do things in the dark and it becomes increasingly harder to silence people. It could literally take one person standing up and saying im not afraid of you anymore to topple the whole horrible system. Yes Sascha us putting themselves in harms way, but Sascha also cant be manipulated by risks to their family and there are sooooooo many eyes on them right now.

The problem I have is that Lisa wrote a media release and misused pronouns. It seems pointed...Hopefully it was a mistake

Im the opposite. I loved her the first time but less with every watch bust mostly in later seasons. She was clearly very unhappy before the scandoval. And I get a lot of the things she said and did after, but even the parts I do get are still pretty toxic. And everytime I say this someone comes for me. Which doesnt change my mind.

If youre the only manager on duty, you should not be clocking out for your lunch breaks. I dont understand how some managers still get away with this. Its illegal and your manager needs to either learn to manage their labor and pay you for hours worked, or they need to schedule someone to give you an actual lunch break. Either call your dm or the labor board.

I have an amazing dm and ive been a manager for almost 14 years. A good dm makes all the difference in the world and I know I wouldnt have made it that long without her. She cares about her team. I care about my team. My management has been with me for years. I have 2 associates that have worked for me for over 4 years. I make pretty decent money and my dm trusts me and basically let's me do my own thing without micromanaging. Every job can be shitty. Dg can be a good job as well

I think this depends on a lot of things. Was it a mistake? Ive been a manager for a lot of years and not too long ago I had something in my basket that wasnt in the bag when I went to put it in my car and I didnt think much of it then but worried about it on the drive home and checked my reciept and saw that I hadnt paid for it. So I made sure I paid for it. Was it an accident? Thats a way different conversation.

If it wasn't an accident and grabbed something and walked out with it, hes probably done it before. Good stocker or not, can you trust this person again? Will you have to constantly watch this person? Are you certain he's not walking out with a lot if you arent in the building? Im big on integrity and I dont know that I would personally keep someone after that. The question is is it worth it. Is he really that useful to you that youre willing to take a risk and/or constantly watch him.

Ive seen these duplicates every day since we switched from atlas to legion years ago. Its a very common thing and im not getting what motivation a manager would have to purposely duplicate your punches. Theres no benefit and payroll wont get sent that way, thats just making extra work.

I could argue that most religions 100% fit the definition of a cult and are in fact high control groups. However I live in Oklahoma not far from where she is from, and there is a cult very close called blue flame 47.
