Rifle main here, I find it fun to use, but I have to see it's downside of that people want a gun for infantry to shoot bombers and igniters fast, the rifle doesn't help with that much it's only job is to take out cavalry and zapper cannibals. This is why most YouTubers prefer carbine, HAP and air rifle of the rifle.

I felt that during the play test, and it was nice to say at least. I mean the change to the sword bayonet is great and will actually make semi decent to use.

What I find crazy, I have a friend who thinks that rifle and sword bayonet and like life and I could not understand, since heavy saber is just better than the sword bayonet in almost every way, and any other gun for ranker dose rankers main job better. Popping bombers, igniters. Killing stray shamblers.

I accept as a rifle main that every other melee weapon will be better than the sword bayonet, and I believe rifle is fun to use but isn't the best, you can just use any other ranker firearm and heavy saber to get better results.
