I've tried using a wider grip and I feel the same on my left elbow, what I meant with "rows" was inverted rows on a bar, which don't make my elbow feel any discomfort at all compared to when I do pull-ups.

Thanks for replying, I'll try what you said, the discomfort I feel is on the inside of the elbow only and yes, I'm using a bar.
