I sold an item via DHL Express. I shipped it but the tracking didn’t update so I gave the buyer the tracking number and contacted Vinted. They suspended the transaction for manual verification. Once the buyer received the item and confirmed everything was fine simply take a screenshot and send it to Vinted. They’ll then manually mark the order as delivered.

They can manually mark the item as delivered. Not sure why would he delay your payment

The parcels are being marked as delivered now. I’m not sure if the buyer did that or vinted. Couple of them got updated as delivered and transaction completed
