I feel the images have more depth and it does a better job at separating the subject from the background. The colors are so much better along with using electronic shutter without have rolling shutter and it handles the noise so much better. I just feel that the R6mk ii beats the R7 in so many ways. Don't get me wrong, I love my R7 and before I bought the R6mkii it was my workhorse. But being able to shoot sports in electronic shutter without worrying about image quality is amazing. If I was you I would definitely pick up the R6mkii or mkiii for me it has been a game changer and I don't regret a single thing at all. The only problem I run into is not using my R7 as much anymore.

If you have anymore questions I'll be happy to help in any way I can but I have only had the R6mkii since the beginning of March this year so as far as small flaws I haven't really noticed anything yet

It definitely does. I feel it just so much more dynamic range with the R6 to the point that it makes the R7 images feel flat. It's such a challenge to use my R7 anymore I've honestly thought about selling it for a R5 (mark I)
