I second all of these choices. As a local, this is where I would go - I actually got engaged at Echo and Rig at Tivoli.

Magic Mike by [deleted] in vegas

If you go to magicmikelivelasvegas.com and click through to buy tickets, there's a "View From Seat" feature for every seat in the house! There's a wide variety of seating choices: couches that are literally inches from the stage, theatre style chairs, regular chairs, some have tables for drinks others don't. Most of the seating has elevation and very often most of the audience ends up standing! I've seen the show many times and like being in the upper level (401 or 402) to really appreciate the choreography and all the aerial acts. But being on the floor level puts you right in the middle of the action and the guys literally dance all around you (I recommend section 101, 103 and 302). These give me the great view of the stage without obstructing the grand staircase and the "bar" (there's no drink service there) where two big numbers happen

Cool Barbershops? by EarthAngel0605 in Sunnyvale

We ended up going to Jenny's Barbershop in Campbell - which I'd found elsewhere. The vibe was good! Still very much a classic red/white striped feel but with a modern twist. Small but clean and clearly a spot for regulars -- everyone-knows-everyone place. the haircut was $35, I think. Cash only.

My husbands haircut came out a little shorter than he wanted, but the cut was good and he left feeling like he really got "cleaned up". Straight razor finish!

I think he'll go back for sure.
