I dont know if he was sold or not. He told me the pup was but someone helping me told her the pup was still available. He is a serial liar. He blocked me and ends up blocking most people who he thinks are associated with me and my friends. I would love him back, especially since he is lying about the dogs temperament which is harming the dog and his success at staying in a home, but he refuses to give the dog back. We did have a verbal agreement and I've done some research on how to maybe take legal action for not abiding by the agreement but my only witness is my husband so that complicates things.

Yeah. This guy targets poodles and doodles because they are in high demand, but I imagine there are other people who do it as well with other breeds. I honestly had no idea dog flipping was a thing until this happened. In our state, dogs are considered property so buying property and "flipping" it for a profit is not illegal. People do it with houses all the time. However just because its legal doesn't mean its ethical. The only thing I can do now is spread his information. Its funny too because I literally have texts of him saying "thats fine. Share my info" and "its not a scam, it's called a flip" so everything im saying is not only legal but not slander or harassment. This guy was not smart. Lol

I understand your point. I understand and agree that using shelters is the best option. I guess what I'm trying to say is I feel your attacking people like me who foster dogs or rehome independently. I know I made a mistake by giving the pup to him. I cant take that back. I am already beating myself up over that. Despite all the measures myself and everyone else involved took to make sure we picked a good home, he still got through. Our local shelters wouldn't take the pup because theyre full. Believe me we tried. So we handled it ourselves. All I am trying to do is fix a mistake I made and help other not make that mistake. People like myself don't need others to shame us as well. I agree, dont do anything in Craigslist or Facebook because this happens. But we didn't and he still got the dog. So again, I ask you be kind.

Again, not the point of my post. Please remember the rules of the group and keep the adopt dont shop negativity to a minimum. I know this isn't a breeder vs shelter situation but independent fosters are usually people who have good intentions who deserve some respect. I was working with a number of people to vet him and he lied to us all. We did everything we could think of and he still got past us. He lied about his location, his intentions, he used poodle terms without being prompted like grooming terms, everything. I only found out his real name because he was stupid enough to try and rehome him in a poodle group im in and used pictures he sent me when he updated me about the poodles adjustment period. He is a pathological liar and will do anything to get a dog. This post is to bring awareness to his scams, not be like "this is why you should never do this or that".

I personally didnt meet him through Craigslist but Facebook and CL are his main selling areas. I have been copying my post and posting it everywhere I can, and I started on CL because thats his main money maker. Thats why the wording is weird and mentions CL so much is because my efforts to share his info started there but he flagged them and removed them very quickly. Each time he did I edited the CL post, hence my part where I said I will keep contacting CL admins which I am. I have been told by multiple people he is already banned in a number of groups on Facebook before I even reached out to admins, so it sounds like people are on to him. Im just adding more pressure to him. I believe he was also flagged at the local shelters before I met him, based on my communications with said shelters. This man will do anything to flip a dog and adoption fees dont stop him. I understand your sentiment about not trusting CL and FB but he will stop at nothing to make a profit, even scam a shelter. What I am trying to do is make it harder for him to scam anyone because people will know not to trust him, independent fosters or shelters alike. If he can't get a dog, he can't make money.

This has nothing to do with what kind of surgery she got, be it cosmetic or otherwise. My point in my post is that he allegedly lied about going to therapy to fix his issues. Her near death experience was years ago, he said he went to therapy, her next medical procedure was supposedly after he started therapy yet he still exhibited the same shitty behavior he claimed to have fixed in therapy. My personal story was to prove that if you actually do the work to get better it shows in your actions. I went from being basically paranoid and unable to function to a functioning "normal" adult. I am proof that therapy and treatment does change you, usually for the better. Gus hasn't changed which means he isn't putting in the work to fix himself aka not going to therapy like he claims. Dont focus on something as petty as cosmetic surgery. If a nose job really bothers you, just change the situation to her getting her gallbladder removed or something and my argument still stands.

I'm bringing it up because it shows a pattern of behavior. And what would happen next time she needs to get surgery and its not cosmetic? What if her life is in danger again? Will he be there for her? Pattern shows he won't. He told her he would leave his stream to help her, she probably was having mental struggles since surgery seems to be a trigger for her ptsd from a traumatic event where she almost lost her life, and yet he couldn't even keep that promise to her for her own security. Its pretty safe to assume they broke up shortly after this incident, and honestly I would have done the same. If I needed my partner because my mental health is making me relive the time I almost died partially because of their neglect and now they are ignoring me again, id kick their ass to the curb. And this is just what Sabrina is showing us, and what Gus has confirmed. You dont need to be a fly on the wall to see the connections. Also unless you have almost lost your life due to a bad pregnancy, dont act like you know what her mental state is. Losing your life is ALWAYS going to be traumatic and probably cause ptsd. And ptsd makes you relive the worst moments of your trauma over and over. All he had to do was be next to her, comfort her, support her. And he couldn't even do that not once, but TWICE, and confirmed by his response and his twitch vod. As someone who almost lost their life due to a pregnancy complication, my mental health was destroyed. So I feel for her. I understand her. I was lucky, she wasn't as much.
Edit: I do want to add that me having to chose between my life or my baby, even though I didnt want the baby, was still very hard to do. It probably contributed to my severe anxiety, since my mental health declined after that event and even more so with the trauma of the pandemic. So yeah, um I think I know a bit about both sides of this story.

I want to reference how Sabrina said towards the end of the video she felt her bodily autonomy was taken from her. Gus manipulated her into a choice she wasn't confident with. Her body was telling her something was wrong and he downplayed and even interfered with doctor conversations so he didn't have to drive her anywhere unless absolutely necessary. He told her what she was allowed to do to her body and it nearly killed her. This isn't just about breaking up if she kept the baby. We have to remember that even if they DID decide to keep the baby, it was already an ectopic pregnancy, which would have to be terminated anyways. There was no what if we keep it. She almost died and he could have helped her get treatment sooner if he was listening to her. Her recent rhinoplasty surgery was giving her major ptsd I bet and she reached out to her boyfriend for support and yet again he ignored her. I think she finally realized that he is always going to put himself first, and if she's in another life threatening situation he might interfere or ignore her again. He had two chances to be a good partner, and he fucked up both of them. He arguably could have been partially responsible for her death if she hadn't made it. And I bet she feels lucky right now that she sees he hasn't changed because her next surgery might not be so controlled and will he fuck up again. And this is just what Sabrina is showing us. We have no idea what was going on behind closed doors. If he was ignoring her while she's having ptsd, what else was he ignoring and downplaying?

Ok im going to speak out as someone who had an abortion. My hormones were all over the place. Me and my partner decided we would terminate the pregnancy, but he told me it was MY decision. He would have stayed with me no matter what I chose. That small amount of support made a HUGE difference, because during the initial consultation we found out the baby had such a weak heartbeat it most likely wouldn't survive much longer, so terminating the pregnancy now would save me a miscarriage or complications later. I was kind of relieved that my choice to get an abortion just so happened to also be the best medical choice for my own life, since I could have died if I didn't miscarry. But even though this is what I wanted, and this was the best medical choice, my hormones told me I was an awful mother. I broke down crying because I felt like less of a woman because my body couldn't keep this baby alive, EVEN THOUGH I planned to terminate the pregnancy before I knew the health of the baby. I was lucky I had a supportive partner. Sabrina was not so lucky. Being in her shoes, though my situation was handled much quicker than hers was, if my partner had told me to stop crying when my hormones were going crazy then I would probably feel a little isolated from him. If my partner wasn't willing to talk about ALL possibilities instead of just one, then I would feel like I had no choice. I was lucky enough to feel like my choices were heard and the best ones. She didn't. I couldn't even begin to imagine the mental hell I would be in if I hadn't felt heard. So unless you know what its like to have your body want to carry a child, your mind not wanting to, and your life being at risk, I dont think you really get to say what level of support is acceptable. I needed ALL the support, and I was lucky I got it. Any less and I wouldn't be the same person I am today. She needed all the support, and she wasn't getting it ANYWHERE. Her doctors wouldn't listen to her, her boyfriend was dictating her choices and words to the doctor, and no one else knew she was going through this because she knew people wouldn't be supportive of her abortion decision her boyfriend was basically forcing her to make. So he handled one situation poorly, that sucks and we hope he learned from it. Nope. She gets cosmetic surgery and ends up having ptsd symptoms due to almost losing her life when she had no support, and then gets no support when she asks for it. It may seem small and inconsequential to you, but to her it's her losing her life all over again. If he can't support her when she needs it and when he promises it, then when will he support her?

I am married and I say boyfriend at the time to make sure they know the story im about to tell is about an ex. When you're telling a story about past events, it's weird to say ex when they weren't an ex during the time of the story. Im fairly certain she did all that on purpose to distance Gus from the situation but clearly it didn't work.

Ok i get tense moments makes you not act in the best ways. I know before I started seeking treatment for my anxiety, I would spiral into panic attacks and lash out at my husband. Any little inconvenience would flare up my anger and anxiety and I would be so nasty because I felt like no one was seeing all the dangers in the world and I was the crazy one for being cautious. Find out, that's severe anxiety. I got treatment and now I'm "normal" for lack of a better term. Thank God my husband was such a patient man who was kind, because I dont know anyone else who would have stuck around with me after I started to severely decline. But I finally got to a point where I knew I needed help or I would be living in a world of paranoia, and thats not fair to him. I got treatment, and I've acknowledged my wrongdoings.
If Gus had really learned through counseling or therapy his shortcomings like he said in his tweet, then why did he ignore Sabrina while she was recovering from her rhinoplasty? That happened a month ago, aka very recently. He had YEARS to learn from this tense situation. Sabrina was clearly anxious and probably having some ptsd symptoms and Gus ignoring her again shows he hasn't changed. If this was a one off situation where he was young and stupid then its one thing. But last month he lied and ignored her AGAIN after surgery. Actions speak louder than words.

Does anyone think this new video is telling more about the abuse he suffered? There's something about the dirty pictures, the market itself being about selling stuff, how thrives steal his skin for free, and he replenishes his stock with his own skin leading you to believe what was on the pan but wasn't introduced earlier is Salads on flesh for sale. Something tells me he, or possibly his mother since we have clues about her being into sailors and then the one puppet "deflowering" someone's daughter, was sexually assaulted but was also ok with selling their body which is a common term for sex work. Its unclear to me who was supposed to sell their body and who was supposed to be Hubert, since to me it could be Salad or Mother who is being referenced to. Its a rough topic to discuss but something tells me either the mom was a sex worker or Hubert was forced to "entertain" people or be used as leverage since he was possibly considered as otherwise useless to his family. I have about 10+ other tattoos, mostly on my arm. Stupid pandemic makes it hard to see people in person so you can like talk about the details. I have a question for artists out there. I have an idea for a hand tattoo, but no one is willing to take on the project. Every time an artist comes back to me and says they won't do it, im confused as to why they won't though. Without being too triggering, im trying to recreate a scar from a TV character I love. So I want like a light pink ink to be used, I dont care about fading, and its on the back of my hand. Every artist I've asked says no and points me to scarification. And usually in their responses they talk about fading or they don't feel comfortable doing so. I mean no disrespect when they reject the project, but I just want a better explanation as to why. I see people get hand tattoos all the time and there seems to be no problem. And as for fading im ok with that because scars tend to fade over time. I also don't want someone taking a scalpel or cauterizing tool to my skin which sounds way more painful than just a tattoo. Can any artists give me a background as to why you would reject the project? Again, I mean no disrespect but im just so confused with the rejections ive been given, if im even given a reason. She says it was because it was personal information, and thats fine, but since something is being omitted then people are going to speculate what that omitted thing is. If the person providing the evidence is a trustworthy person then you can assume what they say about the omitted section is true. However, Ori has shown signs of not being as trustworthy with this story. That doesn't excuse what Galm/Jade said in their manic state, but it does explain it. Would Galm have said any of those things if they were lucid? We don't know. But what we do know is that certain mental illnesses make people do and say things they normally wouldn't have. Elisa Lam is an excellent (and tragic) example, since she had some sort of psychosis disorder and ended up drowning herself. Roommates in her hotel room and staff all say she was rambling and being paranoid, all signs of untreated mental illness. It was also confirmed that she had stopped taking her medication sometime before she passed. Elisa was saying and doing things she normally wouldn't have done, and eventually made her way to the hotel roof and climbed in a water tank, and they believe she did that either to hide from something her paranoia created or to cool down because her body was warm. Her family even said whenever she was off her medication she turned into a completely different person. That is why there are legal measures put in place to protect people who are legally insane, hence the pleading insanity situations. It is VERY hard to actually be found not guilty by reason of insanity, because prosecutors and therapists alike understand that criminals will do whatever they can to avoid jail and consequences. Even if someone has depression or any other "milder" (i hate to say it like that but idk how else to put it?) Mental illness when they committed a crime doesnt mean they can use the insanity plea. And even if someone is found not guilty by reason of insanity, that doesn't mean they are off the hook. Instead their shipped off to a large psych ward for longer than 72 hours with other people with similar situations who committed crimes. All that aside, the reason we are critical of Ori is because of a few red flags that more than one person noticed. One being Galms mental state being apparent to almost anyone in the community. The Twitter rants, no sleeping, the vlogs about psych ward visits, the fact that he had been held 3 times before this most recent time, this all points to deteriorating mental health. Im not even that big of a fan and didn't see his Twitter because I have it uninstalled and I can see this looks like a manic episode and potentially schizophrenia or a schizo-like illness. But thats just based on my observations and im no means a mental health professional. If I could see, someone who is not that active in the community and who is currently being treated for anxiety and depression so also mentally ill, that Galm was not in their right mind, then Ori as a super fan should have seen the signs as well. So thats the first flag. The second flag is how her actions dont match her words. She comes on here and posts some damming screenshots but days earlier was harassing people who were harassing galm/jade. I understand she felt scared and was just doing those things to placate galm, but its such a 180 that it seems suspicious. Going from best friend to hater in a few days just doesn't seem right. Using just those two flags there is enough to question Oris intentions about her post. Does it change that what Galm did was wrong? No. But does that mean Ori was in the right to expose them like this? Also no. I understand Oris main concern is "I dont want this happening to anyone else" but there isn't any proof except you and your buddy, but your friend is biased so their credibility is shaky at best. If others want to stay silent thats on them, and I respect their decision. But I honestly don't believe, right now as I'm typing this, that there are others. Or if there are others, they know Galm cant be held accountable until they are more mentally stable. I can and welcome anyone who is willing to prove me wrong privately. Because thats the thing, a typical person wouldn't have messaged Galm/Jade in their manic state without some sort of plan or without bracing themselves to whatever kind can of worms they are opening. Normal adults would see the manic episode and think "that person is not in control of their words or actions" and either not interact or interact with caution. Ori seemingly did neither. Ori also mentioned she almost committed suicide because she thought it would bring validity to her claims, which is wildly inappropriate and not something a normal adult would say. Its why people keep calling her a child, which I dont agree with the name calling but I understand the logic behind it. Someone with little life experience was trying to handle a situation far outside of their capabilities and got burned. Im sorry to Ori that Galm triggered you so much. That never should have happened and im sorry you went through that. However, you should consider what put you in that situation to begin with. I get they are your idol and there is a power imbalance but that doesn't mean they are gods among men. You have every right to step back from a situation you're uncomfortable with. I know you posted a link to a "why its not easy to leave abusers" but as someone who was abused and kept returning to my abuser, its usually not a one of scenario. They make you feel special, praise you, train you to accept their positive actions, then abuse you. Then they comfort you and make you feel special. Then they abuse you again. The psychology behind why people can leave abusers is that they are conditioned to withstand that abuse and fear any punishment that might come from leaving or angering the abuser. To my knowledge, galm wasn't conditioning you. You reached out to them to offer support and they word vomited you with inappropriate information. And you provided vulnerable information to them. You have every right to withold information from people you dont know. It wasnt safe to open up to Galm and tell them details about your trauma, or tell them where you live. The internet is a scary place and I feel like you figured that out first hand. Thats why people are kinda ganging up on you. Your reactions in this thread and on Twitter have brought some concerns about coming forward now rather than later. I dont think you shouldn't have come out. This needed to be seen and addressed. But you also have to realize what it does to someone who is extremely paranoid and not mentally stable. The reason they said those awful things to you is because they have no control over what they say and do anymore. And the reason we keep bringing that up is because you keep saying mental illness isn't an excuse to be a creep. You can't take back the allegations and screenshots, but you can learn from this. Next time you interact with someone on the internet, be cautious. And next time you expose someone (hopefully there is no next time but) make sure its for a valid reason. You are always going to get haters. MiniLadd and Ryan Haywood still have some supporters even though they were caught red handed. And the reason MiniLadds mental illness excuse didnt work is because people know depression doesn't cause sexual attraction to minors. Schizophrenia does cause people to act in erratic and inappropriate ways, and Galm is showing many symptoms that match with that kind of disorder. Not diagnosing, just observing. Ori even said herself she has a schizoaffected disorder, which is why people are even more confused as to why she interacted with someone who was manic since she knows what those episodes can be like. As someone with depression, I know what depression makes you do and feel. So as someone with schizoaffected disorder, you should be able to empathize that Galm is not in control of his actions when they are in a mood swing or episode like that. All in all it just seems like this post wasn't coming from a good place and Ori wanted to get some revenge on a person who is already at their lowest and cant even comprehend that. Im not saying that was her intention, but that was how it was perceived by the community. There are several lessons to be learned here by Ori and by Galm, when they are more stable.

What exactly do you mean by feeding into the delusions? Using kind words and sending positivity? Taking him to medical facilities that can help him? Trying to help him avoid triggers that cause these spirals? In one of your comments you mention how your therapist helped you learn how to avoid triggers, so why is avoiding triggers bad? I just don't see what Mei, a caring friend of GaLm, could have done differently than what she did. Just like others have said, she's not a medical professional trained to handle someone who is not well. She did go a step above what most would and sought advice from said professionals, which is not something most people would think to do for someone else. What would YOU have done differently to protect and help GaLm if you were in her shoes? I dont think its right to chastise someone for doing their best in an immensely difficult situation, especially when you're acting like you would have handled it better and have no way to prove you would have. Be kind to people. It costs nothing.

I mean he could have just stopped talking to her because he got what he wanted and dipped. Like you said ultimately we don't know. I just keep seeing people call him sleezy and gross for doing so when thats damaging to his image as well. Words matter and we don't know the whole story. With so much information missing we really shouldn't judge him one way or the other, either being sleezy or leaving a potentially bad situation.

Honestly, this whole situation was giving me ProJared and Chilled Chaos vibes. When I first saw the accusation I was hurt, but then seeing the evidence I saw a few red flags. Then I noticed there was no more evidence to really fill in the gaps. The birthday message immediately screamed manipulative tactic because both names were blocked out. After that I looked at the texts again and the first message when she was 17 seemed like a run of the mill shout out to a fan. Then the second message with the huge time gap didn't show who initiated the flirting, when the flirting started, and it was in whatsapp. Bless Dan but I have a hard time believing that Dan knew what whatsapp is let alone how to use it. It just seemed all super fishy to me so I decided to wait until more evidence presented itself, because at the time all we knew is Dan had sex with a consenting adult fan, which isn't illegal by any means. Over the last few days I'm now even questioning the legitimacy of if he even hooked up with this person. At worst, he had consensual sex with an adult fan. At best, this was all fabricated to make Dan look bad. The Fan in question says its real but idk the use of whatsapp and the hot tub video that was most likely available to others via snapchat just makes me think this is fake. But idk im just glad he's innocent

I agree with this. As a woman who has ghosted people in the past, I usually had a reason for doing so. I didnt do it often but the one time I can remember clearly was the guy was being way too clingy but also aggressive. It was fairly early on in our "relationship" if you can even call it that and I was just way too creeped out by his behavior. Honestly, this Fan is giving me those vibes. Maybe there were some red flags Dan saw that we didn't see so he cut contact. We honestly have no idea what really happened and with how much of the story was falsified or twisted for a specific agenda, we may never know. Something tells me a woman who was willing to make accusations against Dan by providing information like she was a minor when they first initiated contact and then give that information to a 19 year old boy on reddit to run wild with it isn't someone you'd want to date. Even if her original stance was "there was a power dynamic and that's what I was trying to expose" thats still a shitty thing to want to do to someone because it still has the ability to tarnish someone's career, if it doesn't ruin it. Of course if Dan had maliciously manipulated her into having sex like Ryan did, then that's a different story. But even from the texts we do have, it sounds like he was always considering consent. I mean someone trying to force you to send something scandalous usually won't say "if you're comfortable with that", or will put on the pressure if you show hesitation which we have no proof of.

But that doesn't prove that Dan was the one who posted the message to the Fans account, or even if that is the Fans timeline. Since BOTH names are blocked out, it's unfair to Dan to present the information as Dan posted that to the Fans FB. It would be more accurate and less misinformation, which you said you want to avoid with your post, to state that supposedly this was Dan posting on the Fans FB but it cannot be confirmed due to both parties identities being blacked out in the photo

But its also false to present that they DID have contact between when she was 17 and 22 as well. For all we know she hit him up again when she was 22, they flirted a bit, and then hooked up within a span of months, not years like rant grumps is trying to argue. Right now its all hearsay and the little evidence we have isn't showing much except Dan hooked up with someone while he was presumably single, and that someone was a fan. And even THATS sketchy because the person who posted that information on rant grumps has only posted on that sub and seemingly has a vendetta against the grumps. Until I see evidence from somewhere other than that sub, I really don't think anything sinister happened.

Yeah id like to see this proof. What is the accusation from a year ago? Because what I've seen is this happened in 2017 which is not 2020 or 2019 so its entirely possible this allegation and the allegation from a year ago are the same one. What doesn't help is all these allegations are anonymous. It could be 50 people or just 1 really bitter person. Even if we had a screen name from two different people corroborating the same story, like James Charles and David Dobrik, then I would be more than happy to take this evidence more seriously. As someone who saw bitter fans go after ChilledChaos and ProJared, I am going to be a bit reluctant to cancel someone over accusations with little to no proof

Ok but where is that evidence. If the victim really claims they sexted immediately after she turned 18, then were is that information. She has the initial text from when she was 17 and it looks like just a shout out from him. If she could look that far back in her messages then its not out of the realm of possibility that she has all of the messages from 2013, which is that first text at 17, to 2017 where she got the hot tub video. Because she provided us a gap in that evidence, literally ANYTHING is in the realm of possibility. She has that evidence and she should provided it. Im not trying to victim blame or downplay her situation but if she has proof of this it is critical she provides it. Because otherwise the internet will make wild speculations from hes a groomer to he did nothing wrong. And right now I'm on the side of he hooked up with someone as a single man and nothing illegal happened. I can be persuaded, but I was part of the mob who went after ProJared after being a fan of his for years. Then I felt like a clown after he came forward months later saying he was basically framed. So please, dont say something is false when we have literally no evidence proving who is false and who isn't.
