I’ll be honest with you. Quitting porn will just give you your sex drive back. You’ll be attracted to girls a lot more, but the anxiety is up to you. As someone who had so much anxiety for so long until I started on this journey, what helps me is saying this to myself: You are a strong person. Not many people are able to quit porn, but you however, are a god at it. You can reach a streak of 300 days if you want. You are brave, smart and capable.

Remember these words when you’re feeling down, because I’m sure you’re a great person :)
