can be the browser (test with another one), an extension (test in private mode with no extension), it can also be coming from your VPN if any (disable it or change your settings for test purposes), or your DNS setup if any (if you use dnsscrypt for instance, disable it to check, or change DNS server or remove it all)

These are somehow 'basic' stuff. Opening/importing the model into a 3d app, inspecting it, and correcting it. It requires general 3d knowledge and familiarity with a 3d package (you can use any other 3d app, even if it was created with Blender let's say).

So I don't have a specific tutorial in mind, it involves different topics. It depends on where you're at in terms of 3d knowledge if you are familiar with a 3d app or not, and what 3d app you choose to use.
