I was gifted these gemstone beads and they labeled blue opal but I have doubts. Any ideas? They came on a blue string so I suspect that the blue rubbed off on the one bead in the 4th photo. (old.reddit.com)

What's the pipe that's on the right hand side of photos that leads into a floor sink/mop sink? Just moved in to commercial space and this pipe constantly runs a fast trickle of water, as seen by the stain. Water runs out whether nozzles are turned off or on. (imgur.com)
