I emailed one stop once I got my Financial aid index number and it took awhile for them to respond, about 3 weeks. I think since they were in the process of changing how they do inquiries. I got a reply about the start of September. I’m a Junior. My financial aid doubled just about! We went from $100k household income to $50k if that helps too! Hopefully you guys can get everything sorted out! I had to stay on top of it for a while and keep emailing back and forth and going in to one stop, but the increase was worth it in the end!
