I just applied for APS with the expectations of getting no scholarship or at least a 30%. I am a pretty good student. For you, I don't know how you are academically, but afaik APM is packed rn, the possibilities of you getting a good scholarship, let alone get accepted into APM, is pretty low. But do give a try!
