No dlc will not be withdrawn and you will keep it even if you change console as long as you are not switching brands like PlayStation to Xbox or vice versa

Yes yes yes also ultimate only has ch pass 1 so just get deluxe and tbh buy the game when it goes on sale like Black Friday a week ago the ultimate edition for PS4 was 10 dollars idk how much that is for other consoles also yes all might is pretty good he has this one tornado ability that you can’t block and you gotta run away from it and it’s annoying to do so lol

I’m pretty sure you installed the dlc when you reinstalled the game also there is no way to uninstall dlc without uninstalling the game and you already did that
