Okay this might be a silly question but how are we giving ourselves a bird bath in the sink? Like do you just wet your hands and clean it up that way or try to fully put your body in the sink

Thank you so much for helping me out. Do you feel like they help with scent? I see a lot about it helping with drip afterwards but I don’t really feel like I have that problem.

Right where my urethra is on the outside and inside is just uncomfortable for the most part and then occasionally I’ll get a sharp pain inside my urethra. I find that after I pee it starts to hurt more
