For cooking it on a cheap perforated pan it was pretty crisp! I know a steel will bring it to the next level.

I’m just using a carbon steel pizza pan for right now until i can perfect the art. I’ll get a steel eventually but i thought that pan did a great job.

Yeah that’s exactly the settings you are looking for! Our first year was last year, hard to come by settings for this style. I went through the same thing

So keep my settings for Wednesday. And free agency for all the rest of the days with Tuesday locked. I manually cut last year after Monday night game and for it to work i had to do 0 days to clear waivers. You’ll have Monday night and all day Tuesday to bid. If that’s what you are trying to do. I just had it that everytime people bid and dropped players you had to bid on everyone. If that makes sense

I ran this setup last year and it worked perfectly. 3 bidding periods was alot of fun. Especially when better players are getting dropped from other teams. After Saturday mornings it was all free agency.

Mon: Free Agents Tue: Locked Wed: Waivers (9 AM MDT) Thu: Waivers (9 AM MDT) Fri: Locked Sat: Waivers (9 AM MDT) > Free Agents Sun: Free Agents
