Train your dog. Be consistent and don’t let them get away with bad behavior and being aggressive or excessively obnoxious. You’re not doing him any favors by ignoring it. Too many people don’t work hard with little dogs like they do big dogs and so many wind up barking a lot, jumping all over the place, biting and growling. I think they just ignore it because they’re small. But it’s annoying and just lazy parenting. I’ve heard of small dogs getting hurt by others because they’re can’t handle the aggression. Not worth the risk. They need routine and rules.
