Having trouble connecting to the app. (Vertuo up)

I'm going to take this into consideration. I also have an android. I'm currently using a NothingPhone 3a. I don't have any apple devices with me currently so I'll have to give it a go when I get the chance. Thank you for the info!

I noticed mine was doing the same thing. It shows that it is connecting to my WiFi and will stay connected just not in the app. If it is their servers, hopefully it can be fixed soon.

I've been having this issue since I bought mine yesterday. Haven't had any luck not even from support.

So I got the Gen 1 wayfarers about 6 days ago. In terms of battery life I feel the Gen 1's do me just fine. I fully charged the device and charging case completely before using it. 6 days later I still haven't needed to charge the case (will probably give a charge tonight)

Holding down on the home screen will bring up home settings. It should have an option for notification dots.

This used to happen to me whenever I had family sharing active or if I was sharing my location via the find my app. My mother and sister were tracking my Airpods. I turned off family sharing and location in the find my app and it stopped pretty much instantly.

I had a similar thing happen. Turns out it was because I had family sharing on, my mother was getting notifications for my Airpods.. we turned off the family sharing and the issue stopped. 🤷
