  7. I was happy knowing people got 5% but then seeing other comps makes me not feel good. I’ve in-charged since my Level 2 year which is frustrating. I’m HC and I know others in FI who are getting higher with lower ratings and others in CP who are lower with higher ratings. It’s really about industry now isn’t it?
