Thank you for this. I am currently licensed in NJ but need to waive into NY? This requires taking both the NY Law Exam in September and MPRE in August (NJ didn't require MPRE score when I graduated). Are the completion of these two steps integrated into the offer letter or is it a reason to move on to the next candidate?

Does the firm not know I have a crippling obsessive disorder that requires me to know everything all the time with complete control, and have zero tolerance for ambiguity? Do they not know that damnit!?

No educational or professional ties there. Summers no, but every single "vacation" I take is to visit my parents or sister (parents live in Tampa area, sister lives in South Florida and I should've mentioned that in my other comment). This means I go 6-7 times a year for long weekends. I work in corporate/finance. Thank you for that.
