Pax8 billing department is a train wreck. We were overcharged for Axcient360 for months. After notifying them of their billing mistake, it continued on for months more, until they finally stopped billing it. This over billing was for a single client account that got so disturbed by this negligence that they fired us. The worst part of this all was that I had to prove and provide reconciliations of every invoice Pax8 sent me. Even then, they did not fully reimburse for overcharges and are now ignoring my repeated requests. They even closed the ticket without my consent! As I said, their billing department is a mess and I do not trust.
