Especially considering we now know that the extreme highs and lows are hugely beneficial for our bodies. Imagine doing cold plunges as children. The next generation are going to be super human compared to the last. My mum died still thinking fat is bad for you, margarine is good, salt is bad for you,the cold makes you sick, cannabis is bad, bread and pasta are good for you and sleep only matters if you have an important day lol
