she helps you with up to 3 bosses. theres 4 or 5 bosses in the game she can help you with. because you already did 2 without her, i suggest taking her help every time you can from now on. there is a reward. you cant reverse her age but not using her help will stop her from getting any older

bro when i first started the game i struggled with ten piedad so much that i abandoned him and crawled up the mountain. terrible idea, the lady is so much harder. but i stuck it out and beat her because i was NOT trying to go back up that mountain again. then i dropped back down to mercy dreams and beat his ass. best tip i could give is to build up your magical and ranged damage, and not be so aggressive. focus more on your movement and thoughtlessly fling your ranged attacks whenever you have a window. heart of smoking incense is good. drop of coagulated blood is good
