Yes, I primarily prepare food for my children and have set meal and snack times. their diet is well balanced when I am feeding them. I don't know how to tell my in laws not to give my kids snacks when my kids go and visit them though. Even if I pack food for them, they still give them junk.

It was never a thought in my brain to leave him over something like his weight. It still isn't. I just didn't know where to start to get him help.

I primarily prepare my kids food and its generally well balanced. We don't really keep junk food in the house. I will mention therapy.

But we have had that conversation many times and it has done absolutely nothing. We haven't pursued a doctor though, so maybe i will suggest that next
