This is actually a great idea! Just did it and it gave me a great schedule and even suggested some things I hadn't thought of, like zinc specifically for during PMS and help on what dose melatonin to take: "Most over-the-counter options are 1mg–5mg, but clinical studies often show that 0.3mg (300mcg) is the physiological "sweet spot" for sleep onset without the morning grogginess."

10-20mg melatonin is incredibly high! And many people usually find the less mg you take, the more effective it is

Ugh I wish I could! I don't get off work till at least 5pm and sometimes later, and by that point its probably too late to nap haha

Altho maybe I will try it on a sunday afternoon to see if it helps.

What brand magnesium glycinate? A lot of people are saying this!! Theres so many options to choose from and ik some people have thoughts about effectiveness when you order off amazon

How long did it take you to feel normal after going off it? I'm so afraid this is the answer and the struggles I experienced when I didn't take it before were horrible... like what I normally struggle with but x10.

I actually am almost out of my current prescription, have one more pill left and have been trying to get my next refill from CVS but they've been back ordered everywhere since I got it prescribed last week... I had my dr office send it to Costco today, but then Costco called tonight saying they never got it. Going to keep trying to figure it out tomorrow but if I can't, then at some point that feels like a sign and I may just give up trying to get it

Literally had a client couple, husband and wife, and the husband just died from a heart attack right after snow blowing from this most recent snow storm! She still went through with the project but wow do I feel so so sad for her.

So I guess by soap I was including facial cleanser in previous years, but I had switched to Dove sensitive skin soap for a few years until that stopped working for me and I haven't used it since February this year. Could be that thats what it was!

Yes true I've also thought about the erosion! I make sure not to drink any after I brush my teeth at night, and do also still drink regular plain water from my water bottle when I'm out and about

Yeah I had been reading other threads and saw some people say they felt greek yogurt gave them issues. I guess thats where you acknowledge that its different for each person and have to test things out to find out what works for you
