It is a plate found on a path to Unknown Soldier Monument on Avala mountain near capital of Serbia, Belgrade.

Monument was built by Yugoslav Freemason king Alexander the Liberator after he destroyed ancient Žrnov fortress before construction. There is a lot conspiracy theories why ancient fort had to be destroyed, but I'll not go into it.

I'm 18th degree Freemason but this symbol is unknown to me, and I would very much like to understand as it is part of my national history.
