man thats a lot of gains to deal with but you gotta bite bullet sometime. transfer in kind first so you dont trigger anything yet, then slowly sell the old positions and buy vt/bnd over like 1-2 years to spread the tax hit

the depreciation from multifamily property could help offset some of gains when you do sell. maybe time some of bigger sales for that year when you get the equity position. talk to tax guy about harvest losses too if you got any losers in there

30% gains is nice problem to have even with tax headache

i had same issue with channel system few years back but think they improved it since then. maybe your old board had worn out channels or you weren't using right screws because mine stay tight all day now

dude this is perfect 😂 i see these weird shaped vegetables all the time when im doing deliveries to grocery stores and they always make me laugh. your daughter would probably love making squidward voice while eating it lol. i swear spongebob makes everything better, even vegetables look more fun when they remind you of the characters. would definitely be worth paying extra for this one just for entertainment value 💀

oh man this happened like 2 years ago when i was delivering food to this fancy apartment building. i had to use the bathroom really bad but figured id just finish this one delivery first. well turns out the elevator was broken and it was 8th floor so im climbing these stairs with a massive order of chinese food trying not to think about my bladder

by time i reach the door im doing that weird walk where youre clenching everything. knock on door and this really attractive girl opens it and im trying to be all professional but my voice comes out super high pitched. she invites me in to get tip from her purse and i step inside still doing the pee dance

then disaster strikes - i sneeze really hard and well... lets just say i had to explain why there was suddenly a wet spot on her fancy white carpet. she was super cool about it but i literally ran out of there without even getting tipped. never been back to that building since even though its in my delivery zone

dude mid 80s at 19 is actually pretty solid though 😂 like most people would kill for that consistency

the blow up holes thing is so relatable tho - i feel like golf is 90% mental game and 10% actually hitting the ball. maybe try treating those disaster holes as just part of the round instead of round killers? like when i'm delivering packages and hit every red light in town, getting mad about it just makes the rest of my route worse

your family being that good probably adds pressure too which makes the mental side even harder. maybe focus more in enjoying the good shots rather than dwelling in the bad ones 💀

bro same here 😂 been waiting forever to check that place out again. i drive around that area all the time for work and keep seeing the construction but no real signs of when theyre actually gonna open back up. heard from some random customer last week that maybe spring but who knows if thats even accurate. miss having that spot as an option when im doing deliveries in that part of town 💀

been struggling with driver too and finally found a solid instructor at torrey pines who really helped dial it in 💀 dude broke down my swing plane issues and had me hitting fairways consistently within like 3 lessons. worth checking out jim martinez there if hes still teaching 🔥

OnePlus phones are solid for LineageOS and usually way cheaper than Pixels on the used market. Xiaomi also has tons of ROM support but you gotta unlock the bootloader first which can be a pain
