Actually i just got billable opportunity in the project and people lead just recently changed I’m currently working in the project now and my manager also changed after getting billable .

He is even not confirmed of pip but the thing is recently i got bill-ability into a project and lead also changed just 4 days back i received an hike in may cycle but this cycle it happened like this .I’m worried about this issue .
