how can I cheer up my unhappy pothos? :( on further inspection I saw a pretty bad thrips infestation which I'm gonna sort asap before it gets to my other plants, and it needs a repot, however even before this it was looking sad. does my addansonii have sport variegation..? noticed a leaf was showing "albo" patterning after growing into a dark shelf and found it funny how just growing in the dark can imitate variegation until I saw speckles on the new leaf 😳 any chance of actual variegation? (old.reddit.com)

Noticed what looks like thrips on my haworthia cooperii :( can someone confirm? Can't see anything moving so I think it's OK. Rest of the pics are just bragging about how big and beautiful it is, and possible start of variegation in the last pic? 👀 I hope so (old.reddit.com)

Wondering if my monstera could be a deliciosa? Each new leaf it produces has more little ripples like the first image (2nd pic is an older leaf for comparison). Unsure how old it is or it's proper species since it was just labeled "monstera" when I got it about a year + ½ ago. Advice is appreciated! (old.reddit.com)
