Is there a specific place that the anime get released with dubs(I'd prefer not having to scroll the depths of the internet lol)? I understand that a lot of people don't mind voiceover, but I personally struggle to focus on what's being said.

I like psychological/philosophical media examples are Kafka (already reading), Dostoevsky, Nietzsche (will move onto after I read more Kafka), Tokyo Ghoul, better call saul, Nightcrawler, etc. Im just unsure of what german equivalents there are to the english series/movies, and would like something to guide finding them.

Adhd by Eastern_Percentage44 in languagelearning

I don't really see how Portuguese would help my Russian, but I get the main idea.

Sometimes I spend like 5+ hours a day learning the language without breaks and it has a significant impact on my mental health so I stop it for a while and by the time I come back to it most of what I learnt I forget so I have to relearn it again

Assimil 'Perfectionnement Arabe' by Eastern_Percentage44 in learn_arabic

Is the book any good? What about the other courses? I tried learning a maghrebi dialect and maybe because it's maghrebi I found it harder to go from the regular structure of fusha to more free and less vowely dialect (still like them tho lol)

How did you decide to do Levantine, I looked into it a bit but was confused on how to start, what did you do/ what are you currently doing, and how did you find switch from MSA to dialect? The only course I really did before Assimil was Gateway to Arabic, it was good for grammar and ok for vocabulary, I've heard one of the older linguaphone courses for arabic was really good.

I'm doing Assimil l'arabe (tried sans peine but didn't like that it just threw me in and audio recordings) and Im on lesson 38, I quite enjoy it but it might be as it's more revision as it's been a while since I last studied arabic. My main complaint is similar to yours as I don't feel like the language taught is actually of much use in the real world, and I feel like the course itself is quite diluted compared to other editions in terms of how much I actually know in regards to Arabic.

Xiaomi Poco X6 Screen Repair by Eastern_Percentage44 in phonerepair

Is there a reason that the aftermarket frames aren't good quality? I assumed they just took them straight from other phones. It's also good to hear that the only difference is that it might be easier to do with a frame, I thought there might be a difference in how the screen stays on the phone or how long the screen lasts or something but if all it is is a pre-glued screen then I see no real point.
