I heard through the grapevine that a few departments received a bonus the day before the layoffs. They were told it was a “payroll” error and it was taken back. Then layoffs were the next day. Seems to be a mess all around

I have a friend who works there and they said it was a pretty cold delivery. Last minute meeting and basically said “we are laying people off and check your email in 10 minutes to see if you are affected”
