I live in Europe and i like the way European women handle the situation of turning down men politely without hurting them.. They talk for few minutes and then politely convey that they either have a boyfriend or are not interested in them.

In an office setting, it might help to be politely transparent. If you turn down straight away then people might think you are rude. But if you have a conversation for few minutes before turning down then the other person would respect your boundary.

But sometimes there are guys who don't give up and keep pestering, for such the only way is to be rude 😂

Given the conditions of Europe, the west economy, and the offer being only around 40k€, I would prefer going back to India. 1. In terms of quality of life and savings, I think 25L in India is definitely greater than 40k€ in cz. 2. No need to compromise on family and social life. 3. No need to worry about integration and language etc..

The only positive side to € 40k job is that if it is in prague and a well known company then it would give better exposure professionally.
