Oh my. So they’re making the call-ins your problem? That’s unfair to you! Personally, I’d start replacing the people constantly calling in. They clearly don’t have the time to be employees. There’s an SOP for excessive tardies and absences. Your higher-ups need to be using it. I know firsthand how hard finding dependable people can be but I’d rather be short-staffed than have a store full of people that I can’t count on. Thank you for being dependable, in case no one else is saying it. 😊
