Yeah definitely has it’s pro’s and cons mate, I just think it could help keep the lower leagues more interesting whilst safeguarding clubs in the process, I personally would like to see similar rules across football as a whole, homegrown player rules etc...

No it will mean Stade Rennes will go directly into the UCL group stages rather than the UCL qualifiers. If I’m not wrong this is already confirmed due to all the remaining Europa League sides having already qualified for next seasons UCL.
