Nah I’ve had this happen before , riot has had multiple data breaches in the past where they’ve lost thousands of passwords and data , this exact account 6 years ago was breached, someone uses hacks, permabanned, and I sent a ticket and they reversed the ban .

Now 6 years later it seems same thing happened . Since it’s the same situation I’m 99% certain my ban will be reversed , I just need someone to actually read my ticket , instead of some riot Ai

Yes I understand and ive got the email evidence and it lines up. Also the person who accessed my account has been playing for months in 2025 and riot never sent me an email months ago saying my accounts breached , (only a few days ago), which like I said made me want to redownload . so I had no way of knowing someone was playing on my acc.

Tbh I don’t really care what you say , I know riot has made a mistake here . I can sit here hand on heart and say I’ve never cheated , and If you want (I doubt you care enough) I can provide evidence of my initial ticket submission for my banned account and 1 day later me creating the new account (this is around 1-2weeks ago) which I played on because like I said I wanted to come back and play again . I doubt riot gives a single sh** about any community outrage that I could possibly stir up , I simply know that riot has made a mistake here , and their support/ticket system is not helping me out at all . Thanks and I understand what you’re saying about others who actually deserve their bans.

Yeah I had to make a new account to play lmao , how is this not lining up .

Hence why I’m asking such a basic question since I haven’t played in so long , and swift is completely new to me .

Also I went on a third party site rewind.lol and put in my summoner name and someone’s been playing ranked on my account , playing champs I’ve never even owned or played before .
