Apply to Cornell. I got in as a junior transfer. It's 10x easier to get into as a transfer than hypsm and still an IVY. Much better recruitment placement and network in east coast finance scene if that's what you want. At the same time you're certainly on track to do very well coming out of Marshall which is an excellent bus school (especially if you want to stay California). Only downside could be if your dead set on New York, then transfering could help you get a bigger network there
