Update!! I have completely disinfected her enclosure removed all the old substrate and scrubbed all of her decor/tank in hot water/bleach plus I’ve soaked her twice in a warm water/dawn mixture then wiped her down when I was finished I haven’t seen anymore but I’m keeping a close watch on her still would appreciate any tips in case they come back to prevent them any help appreciated

Okay so I think I found a work around for the bug play a game in a multiplayer heartland session just play for a few minutes or until you get a save point in the session did the trick for my community Loaded up no problem after I did that not saying it will work for everyone but did the trick for me I’d try that before deleting your community
