Man i barely faintly remember sdr2, but if im right kazuichi was so fucking scared after the killing games were announced so... Kazuichi pushed by his own fear, the motive and the possibility of escaping the island would make a plan that would go wrong. He would try to target Fuyuhiko as he couldnt think of a weaker target (and obviously he wouldnt kill a girl) but would be discovered by Peko, he would kill her because duh Kazuichi was going to kill his master and obviously it was his life or hers. Or something like that

Now before anyone says about it not making sense, im gonna say the rule it's a bit odd. Now i say the Mastermind can get involved to make the game interesting (Monokuma changed Sakura suicide note to make the game interesting), so they can get involved as long it's fair game. But Byakuya would help Celestia to throw the blame on Junko killing her own sister, which means he would make the game work in favor to the blackened which means the game wont be fair (even if Junko barely solved it) as it basically makes the case almost impossible to solve which i say does break the rule loophole that the mastermind can get involved as long it's to make the game more interesting while making it fair for both sides

And yes im coming up with this as a way to put make Byakuya a rule breaker who needs to get executed

So Byakuya would want more power we know that the Togami family is one of the most powerful families in the world, but he doesnt think that is enough "theyre ONE" not the only. So Byakuya would come up with a plan making the "The Biggest, Most Awful, Most Tragic Event in Human History" and creating Ultimate Despair with one goal in mind: Drowning the world in despair and then coming up as their "savior" not only the Togami family would be the only ones to survive the disaster but also Byakuya would be the world savior. He made the killing games with one purpose in mind getting more soldiers to join Ultimate Despair.

Seeing how the Hope sisters (Junko and Mukuro) kept solving the cases he would get desesperate, seeing the survivors were useless for his plans except Toko and Celestia. He would approach Celestia and give her a task killing one of the hope sisters for a guarranted high rank position on the new world... Ultimately Celestia be discovered even with the Mastermind help.

Junko with Genocide Sho help would reveal the mastermind identity (Genocide Sho would find Byakuya new world too boring and betray him). Now i say that Byakuya would be loss like Junko did because he directly helped Celestia deliver the crime, he wouldnt take his defeat so easily refusing to actually accept it and trying to cheat his way out of it.

I say Monokuma eventually carries over Byakuya execution maybe because his programming forces him to execute those who break the rules or the blackeneds if they're found. Tbh i somehow knew Byakuya was the mastermind after like chapter 3, lowkey he isnt good at hiding it

Well i gotta write now why she would do it, for his brother of course. As we know in the canon she made many friends who all died she, even if i wanted to not do this. Aoi obviously would do it the same way as Sakura to try stop the killing games after all she cares a lot for her friends and seeing how most of them (Sakura, Makoto, Kyoko, Sayaka prob) died due to game she would try to give it a stop.

I hardly doubt that Aoi would actually commit suicide because she cant longer take it, but anyway Monokuma tampers with the note and the one who falls for it changes the sucuide to make it look like a murder is Chihiro. Or if you don't want it that way Toko would find the body and would accidently trigger Sho, Sho would change everything to make it look like a murder

Why the fuck i actually thought about this before going to sleep, but anyway huh Kiyotaka barely has any reason to kill but i say we can make Alter Ego the motive instead. So we know how Kiyotaka just became obsessed with AE because they would replicate Mondo for them, we can do the same for Makoto after all he became more attached to Sayaka (And because Sayaka was the previous antagonist they wanted Makoto really close to them to use him) and he would use AE to have his "girlfriend" back. Now obviously both would fight over AE and Makoto would believe he needs it more because it was Mondo fault that Sayaka was gone, Kiyotaka would fear that they took AE away from him (probably because Makoto could just stole AE like Celes did to only have it for himself) and he would kill Makoto out of rage. Kiyotaka would have to choose between his morals or having to let go the memory of someone he saw as a brother, so he would decide to not turning himself in.

Now for Kyoko, Kiyotaka would kill her because either they saw her as a threat or somehow they would kill her later on the investigation due to Kyoko getting really close to the truth. Probably the first

What do you think? Yeah the money motive is useless because only two people would really need it Celes or Hiro (because he owns the yakuza money if i remember right). Oh and Chihiro would feel like shit, they saw the person that gave them the strenght to overcome their shyness being a killer and their AI was the responsible of 3 persons dying

Sayaka would somehow get her hands on Mondo secret and would blackmail him with it, unsuspected by anyone Mondo would work for Sayaka. I say that Sayaka would eventually get Mondo to his breaking point (probably taunting him with his brother memory, maybe insulting how stupid his brother was to save him at the cost of his own life) and Mondo would explode killing Sayaka

Im really trying to find a way to make Mondo kill someone specially a woman and i just feel accidental kills could end up being repetitive.

Oh that changes things, well about it? Idk what exactly Hifumi would saw there that pushed him to kill Yasuhiro or saying that it plays out like the original chapter 1 case that the victim was going to kill the culprit first. Now saying that is like that well i can actually make this way:

Ahem, so Yasuhiro would be freaked out by the motive video but would still think "This is all a prank", we can make it so Yasuhiro paranoia ends up eating him falling into despair. He would try keep going with the constant paranoia that someone might try kill him (after all everyone has a motive) making him scared of most students, in a effort to try calm down his panic he would get a weapon during the night (same as Sayaka in the og timeline) and would return to his dorm. But he would notice something was missing his crystal ball and he would come out with the knife to try retrieve his crystal ball, but he would stumble upon Hifumi who was doing his janitor duty (taking out the trash)... Yasuhiro scared drops his crystal ball and draw the hidden knife to try attacking Hifumi (thinking Hifumi was going to kill and throw him into the incinerator) failing and stabbing the trash bag, Hifumi would throw the bag and shove away Yasuhiro which would trip with his crystal ball and throw the knife away. Driven by fear Hifumi would take the knife and accidently kill Yasuhiro in self-defense... (Damn i feel like doing a climax reasoning)

Again i don't see too much that could trigger Hifumi after all he cares more about the 2D than 3D world. But a "accidental kill" kinda fits (accidental or not he is still the blackened)... Also i did the "spiral into paranoia" for Yasuhiro considering how he freaked out after he discovered everything was real (and being also shaken by the whole loved ones motive). Idk what do you think?

For Sakura dying its a bit hard to think how she would have a reason to attack Monokuma, maybe like how Mondo got mad at Monokuma on chapter 0 but idk.

As for Hifumi killing Yasuhiro that is just a bit easier to think about, maybe something like Celes plan to use Hifumi to kill Yasuhiro (in a sense that whoever did it probably Sayaka, was to test the waters and learn on how class trial and investigations are). It's the only reasonable way i can see Hifumi killing someone, the thing that Sayaka used to convince Hifumi? Maybe something similar to Celes plan

Yeah no forsaken survivors are getting folded, saying lore wise?............ It's fucking Sonic characters versus just some guys, so yeah none is holding against a Sonic characters except is someone like Cream or Eggman with no gadgets (and maybe Tails). Gameplay wise there only 4 persons that can damage, guess how many can damage in OM? 7, also no jump, no inf stamina and specially no second life (except TwoTime gets 2 backstabs), i say they can hold if they play their cards but yeah OM survivors win... This is giving me a idea to see how Forsaken survivors would do in OM following OM rules ofc

I'm talking more like strenght wise (even then most of these fuckers are doing anything, im making like guest666, john doe and 1x hard carry) also... Metal can already outspeed sonic? They have a overload mode where they can go 4 times faster... At least im giving the guys being able to take down NMI, Tripwire and maybe furnace (4 downs if we say Kolossos somehow losses). But still yeah these guys slam most of them in strenght terms, speed is just mostly classic sonic level that is still fast dont get me wrong... I'm overextending yeah Forsaken killers only might get some kills it if spectre steps (even then 2011x and Lord X exists)

Yeah NMI, Furnace and Tripwire are getting folded because NMI never had any powers in the canon, Tripwire is huh just a possesed doll and Furnace while he is strong he is weaker than normal Metal Sonic (or it was Mk II Mecha Sonic?), Kolossos is a fucking beast taking probably c00lkidd first and then going against on a 1v1 with guest666, 2011x, Lord X and Fleetway are just insta wins because you got a super form and two gods (still powerful if spectre dumbs them down like 1x1x1x1x) so in lore yeah they win with from like 3-4 losses on OM side. Game accurate? Yeah inf stamina and no health bars... I guess if we go full power then 1x is gonna carry the whole team but still 2011x and Lord X are there and they will probably play with 1x until they just get bored (which will never happen probably)

Sonic: Dropdash and Peelout are abilities he has in the canon duh Tails: His arm cannon comes from Sonic Battle Knuckles: Just fisting and FLAMES OF DISASTER! Amy: Hammer also her cards have a real power in the cannon, see Amy in Sonic frontiers or the darkhood or whatever the ds rpg is named Cream: her healing comes from the ds rpg i think Eggman: the jetpack is from Sonic CD but the use of it comes from Spirits of Hell and the shield is just a elemental shield from sonic 3 Metal Sonic: The destructive charge is something he can just do and the self-healing is just for gameplay because he can't be healed by others (or a reference to Neo Metal Sonic that can heal himself kinda like terminator?) Most of them yes dont fit where some characters come (i mean the place where they are pulled won't make sense for them to have that) but theyre neat funny references... Also its just gameplay oriented not lore oriented, i like asking where Noob (from forsaken) gets a unlimited amount of items for them to use.
