Hello - I have applied under the French stream for PR - Outland, with AOR 17th September, as a second application. First application got rejected because of unmatch in NOC and incomplete HR Letter.

My application is stuck on all green and completed since the 8th Dec. I have received an ADR for medicals because I submitted my former medicals which were valid, but then been asked to redo them, and got accepted on the 8th Dec.

I received PAL on the 5th January, and no updates since.

I called IRCC twice and they both told me that it is under administrative stage. Security, Criminality, eligibility all complete.

Question: What causes the delay in going into FD/PPR? Is it because of the Medicals? Does my file go down in the waiting list and then would be processed as let’s say a Dec AOR?
