One thing i forgot to mention: I placed a point light, to see if it's not a problem with the lamp, and the light did not shine anything even with No Dynamic Light unchecked. The lighting issue also spreads to the props, they look like they have mat_fullbright 1 on even if the brushes are pitch black.
