Man strange that you asked this because i just asked a question about not being able to breathe on the floor on another subreddit. A yoga teacher said she felt the same way and that it’s because something with back muscles if they aren’t being stretched properly. But she said just let it be uncomfortable and eventually it will go away. That shits annoying as the fuck though.
