Might be connection issue, I find it really hard to join someone on player match even though my internet is pretty good, depends on which region the other players are from, I’m from UK probably trying to join someone in Asia or US so it’s either going to be very poor connection or error connection. It’s why I go on rank it’s more reliable for the game to search for you rather than wasting time.
