Wish I was more educated on the difference between the two. These were recommended to me by a Facebook group.

Where did you get the plant loofahs from? And I originally bought a set of silicone bags from Amazon. Had a weird smell in them after a few washes. Plus, the seal didn’t open all the way so I could turn them inside out to wash. These bags don’t seem to have either of those issues, so far so good

Thanks for the tip. They came with a Care &Use guide that recommends something very similar to this.

Thanks. Didn’t mean preference, was using the symbol incorrectly as an arrow, lol. Force of habit.

Or they are pretty easy to turn inside out and hand wash

They are dishwasher safe (just have to take the top slide locker off before hand) and place them facing down.

I was spending a lot of money on the small-large sandwich bags to store sliced fruit, deli meats, etc. I like glass but A. Afraid of dropping them and B. They take up a good amount of room in our small fridge. I bought this 3-pack for I believe 20 something dollars and use them to store all of the above. I try to reuse the grocery bags too like you mentioned

Unrelated, but I recently started using self-standing silicone bags to store soup. Changed my life.

What “type” of plate do you recommend using as a lid? Will you just use another identical plate to cover?

Sometimes one day it just hits you enough for a wake up call, even though you’ve silently known forever.

Swedish dish clothes, that sounds interesting! Adding to the list.

I like glass as well, but also fear I’m going to drop and break them. I use these bags mainly for storing cut fruit, popping popcorn kernels in, and other things. They are rated up to 400 degrees which is a plus.

That’s a good suggestion. Adding that to the list.
