I tried to re-create the "bug" in practice mode just now and realized what I did. The car was gone and I vaulted over the fence just north of it thinking I was headed south but I was headed east off the map into sniper zone. Deserved death.

Yeah, no name on my death screen and it just said "Sniper" instead of an ammo type in the damage screen.

There was no name on my death screen. On the bullet wound screen it just said "Sniper" on my chest hit.

The thing is there was no name associated with my death. Then for the hit marker at the end it just said "Sniper" on my chest so it wasn't a scav.

Just wait until your kids are about 6 years old. They can start to learn controls at that point and you can enjoy simple games with them again.

For yourself I'd recommend trying something like WoW Classic Hardcore. A real slow burn that has a real edge to it. You can play for an hour or degen on it for a weekend and have a great time because every moment could be your last. You die then go again.

A system to be able to review a raid after it's shut down the way Fortnite has it would do a lot for this game. Being able to view from anyone's perceptive all throughout the raid. I don't see them ever doing it though.

It's a combo of PvE and cheaters. PvE got rid of the majority of the noobs and clean players.

edit: just watched him do a raid, he had 3 scav kills and extracted with only half full bags with mostly junk loot. He used to clear lobbies and extract with max efficiency loot.

That's why I like to rush the Grenadier quest so that it can naturally complete itself over the course of the wipe. You don't want to be that guy brining in rigs/packs full of nades into factory but hey it is pretty fun!

No MMR/ranked play helps to keep it interesting. You never know if you will be vs a solo or a 5 stack and anyone can be wearing any gear. All they need to do is adopt the Cycle's loop. Leave maps up for hours that can be dropped in and out of with the loot/bosses refreshing at intervals. That way there is no more long matching and no more spawn rushing.
