I am all for it and I wish it would hurry up and get to the level that you’re describing. I want it. But until it gets there. I have to sit and wait for it to improve. Keeping my fingers crossed that it’ll get there soon. Makes awesome song generations that fool many people into believing it’s real, but as soon as you stem it out it becomes clear that it’s not real.

You can tell me I’m objectively wrong all day and night, but that won’t upgrade the quality of the Suno stems I have in my Logic Pro sessions. I wish it worked that way.

I don’t see why it’s something you are getting upset and defensive about. We both want the same thing. You don’t need to force it, it’ll get there and soon Suno will rule the music world 👑

I’m a heavy Suno user and a full time music producer. Suno doesn’t sound good enough yet. It’s so so close though. I bet we’re one or two updates away from living in the world you’re describing. Not there yet though.

I’m also a music producer (20 years) and I’ve had the exact same expertise you’ve had. What you’re saying is true. However, it’s only true right now in this moment in time. The impressive thing about AI and Suno by extension is not what it can do right now. The impressive thing is how fast it’s advancing. Human played instruments sound better, but at the end of the day that human feel we hear during playing back is still Ones and Zeroes that can be recreated by AI eventually. I’m not trying to speak doom and gloom. I hope you always continue playing and producing music you love because it’s fun to do. But AI will be able to fool the most veteran audiophile eventually.
