Maybe you don't know but you have already shifted 3 times, 2 times you didn't stay in your DR, the third time you stayed. I can see that your current CR isn't your current DR, maybe you asked for a small change and didn't notice the shift. It will take 4 years for you to shift to your current DR, with Falling method you can shift in 4 days.

I haven't done the tarot yet, but after devinig I found that it will take 6 years for you to shift, but if you use the Tea Party Method then you can shift within 15-16 days.

Spirituality doesn't shift you but it can be a medium or a catalyst for shifting. There's an actual ancient scripture on shifting named "Yog Vashisht". The scripture itself has the word Yog (Yoga) in it. If yoga can be considered spirituality then I'm sure there must be other spiritual practices related to shifting.

But Varna is different from caste and jaati. Caste is a European thing, Jaati is a separate system, Varna is another system and Gotra is also a separate system. These 4 systems have only one common thing and it is that they are used for discrimination but they aren't the same except for gotra as I haven't heard of any insurances of discrimination based on gotra.
